Thank you to all who participated in the Round 1 Community Engagement process! We received lots of valuable feedback from the community about mobility-related challenges including narrow, obstructed sidewalks; pathways that are not accessible for wheelchairs or mobility devices; concerns about roadway safety; and lack of safe cycling connections to nearby routes like the E&N trail. We also heard ideas for transit exchange improvements including new shelters and furnishings, more planting and street trees, and pedestrian-scale lighting to create a safer, more activated exchange with easy access to Country Club Mall.
