The City of Nanaimo is conducting a not-for-profit sector study in collaboration with Nordicity consultants. We are thankful to the Island Coast Economic Trust (ICET) for their generous financial contribution to this project.
WHAT?
The purpose of this survey is to build an in-depth understanding of the economic, social, and environmental impacts generated by not-for-profit organizations in Nanaimo, gaining a more fulsome picture of the critical contributions this sector provides to the community.
WHY?
The insights gained from this study will help to inform strategies led by the City of Nanaimo to fortify and better support Nanaimo’s not-for-profit sector. Furthermore, the evidence gathered from this study will enable the sector and its partners, as well as communities of interest, to advocate more effectively for their needs and roles within the wider community.
WHO?
As a not-for-profit organization, your input is essential. This survey is specifically geared towards registered community not-for-profits in Nanaimo. We are looking for representatives of not-for-profits who are able to speak to their organization’s economic, social, and environmental impacts.
